STEVE HOGARTH / RICHARD BARBIERI

"Not the Weapon but the Hand" was released earlier this year (2012) and is the debut album from the duo. Music by Barbieri, vocals / lyrics by Hogarth.
Also available at KScope and Burning Shed.

THE BAYS

Richard frequently guests with this electronic improvisational band. Every live show is a different experience and the band will never make a record.
Highlights have included concerts with full Orchestra at the Festival Hall, Live film score to "Run Lola Run" at Sydney Harbour and two BBC John Peel live sessions.

Richard has sound designed for Roland products since 2003 and also for Propellerheads and GMedia.

DISTANT PAST

Richard was a member of the group JAPAN from 1975 to 1983 and continued with many projects with Steve Jansen and Mick Karn throughout the 80's and 90's.
